You can access your purchases and downloads by signing in at www.pichforest.com and found under the tab of My Account. For downloading our premium products, after completing our checkout process, you are required to provide Your Name, Email address, and payment details. As we mentioned previously that we will use your information for updating you about our future products, industry news, and other stuff.
  • Payment and security: Pichforest does not process any order payment through the website. All payments are processed securely through Google Pay, Stripe, or Wallet. Kindly note that we do not take any extra charge from you while adding money in a wallet or making payment through your wallet. You can contact us regarding our security policy.
  • Refunds: We offer 30 days money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for a valid reason, we will offer a full refund in your Wallet but please note that you cannot withdraw that money. You need to provide a request on Pichforest Support Within 30 days of the purchase date. If you have a technical issue, we will provide you quick support with the best assistance and provide you the best solution. If the issue is not from our side then we will not be able to proceed with your refund request. Our focus is to allow the buyer to purchase with surety and the best products. We will not provide any refund if you have purchased using the coupon code. Though, if we feel that the refund policy has been misused by an excessive number of customers then we may ask you for more information before granting it.
